hey kendall

i did run in high school
unfortunately we didnt have a cross country team
so i ran the 4x400, the 800 and the mile
but then i went off to college and stopped running and started partying
im just now getting back into the swing of things
im training for my first 1/2 marathon in february
ive only done 5ks and 8ks before
thank goodness theres lots of time before the 1/2
cuz im only up to 7 miles on my long runs

I am a comedian and will be performing in VA Beach this weekend 11/4-5.
Let me know if you would like to go for a run. I I am always looking to get in a run when I'm on the road. I just did a 10 mile trail run up in Phila, so I'll be a little worse for wear.

i havent worked up to running 10 miles at one time
my long run is 7mi
my husband and i are doing my long run on sunday
you can join us if youd like

unfortunately **** be out to sea at the time of the norfolk half
so i dont have anyone to run it with

it was on amateur nite though
but it was pretty good

I might do that half marathon, depending on what I decide about Shamrock.

Ali, have you ever thought of hooking up with the Tidewater Striders or doing the weekend morning group runs leaving from Final Kick in Va. Beach? You might find a running buddy that way.
