Hi Amy...just relocated this thread...how far are you running? I am just starting back. only a few miles every other day or so for now. I've never run with a group or a partner but after reading some of the other posts it sounds like it could be motivational. What do you think? Do you run alone or with anyone?

I'm always looking for someone to run with.

My shorter training runs are 4 or 5 miles. I'm running on average a 9 mm but I can go a little faster or slower if necessary and on shorter runs. My long run is 8 or 9 miles right now and I'm trying to build on it.

We do have a few running clubs in Columbia. I haven't tried them out so I can't tell you much about. Here are the links:
