Just moved here from the Houston area. Trying to get back into running just having to deal with the weather (colder) and the hills. We are in the process of closing on our house in Texas and getting into one here by the end of next week. Soon as everything is situated and schedules resume, i should be back on track. My last race was a 25k trail run in Texas back in October 2005. I haven't run much since then (see cold and hills above) but am looking forward to getting back into it. Lots of travelling (eating out) and i really don't like the treadmill.
Moving out to the west side of STL - Chesterfield, Wildwood, Ballwin area. Give me a month or two to get back on track and i'm up for running with anybody. I usually run about a 10min/mile pace. It's what i run the marathons at, i find it easier to enjoy conversation at this pace.
