Congrats SS on another well deserved medal, Now only 5 1/2 months to train for the Ottawa marathon. How about the VT 50 miler after your triathlon? ...OK I'll ask in 2006 after you rest.
So I want to read your Honolulu RR and we'll havfta meet some time soon to show me your medal. Unfortunately I won't be at JB party next week (house full of family for my eldest daughters b-day).
well let's try and arrange another meet and drink with the group soon.

Hello Everyone!

Way to GO Sally!

Hey, does anyone wanna see her medal? Then come to my party this weekend!

So far I have not heard from a few people as to whether they are coming or not.

Mars, You are coming to Montreal for this right? did you get the email?

Mr. Lambchops, did you get the invite in you email box?
Metalboy, Are you still out there... I think I owe you some drinks.
Dragonrouges, Can you peel yourself away from work for a few hours and some eggnog flavoured gatorade?

Truxx, Have you sorted out your schedule to bring your family to the party?

Does anyone need any additional information for directions etc?

Just five days left. See you there.

Hey JB,

I did get the message... however, I don't get a day off from work (for ANY reason) during my first 6 months. So, I'll have to take a raincheck until Christmas 2006...

Thanks for the offer, though.

Take care.

Mars

PS: Good work, Surfin' Sally... see what hills and a little mileage will do for you...

Bruisin' Sally: You did it again. Congratulation. Time to switch to a bigger challenge...

JoeB: Could you please email me back how to get to your place. Thanks.

Roly, Grommit & Whoever: Time has come to organize our journey in the wilderness (I promise you smiles with a mouthful of pines). I'm available anyday, from December 26 to 30. Give me your availabilities. Plan for a 6:00AM departure from Mtl. Plan in advance the equipment renting (snowshoes), it is a busy season !

Hi folks,

Thanks for all your encouragement and congratulations. Yes, I am alive ... tired too since I swam another 2k or something like that today too. Legs are sore but I can go down stairs front ways

RR to come later on ... confession ... I ran with a sprained ankle. Resprained it the Sat before leaving and actually twisted it the Wed before that. I have puffy ankle syndrome and it hasn't gone down, but I was a good girl and ran with a brace and IT band!

I'm being kicked off this computer! See you all soon!!

hugs ...

Sally

Glad to hear that everything is good... but uh how did you sprain it if you were wearing the brace? You WERE wearing the brace, right?

Good job! In the RR, don't forget to include a description of the food you ate on your trip
