Menlo Park, CA Running Groups?

I'm training for the Austin, TX marathon and will be visiting my sister in Menlo Park, CA (it's between San Fran and Oaklad) the last weekend in January and I have a 20 miler scheduled for that Saturday (the 28th). Being so close to Austin marathon at that point I obviously cannot afford to skip it or make it up some how.

This is probably a shot in the dark but does anyone know of a running group I could hook up with in Menlo Park while I'm there?

Thanks!

Left Menlo Park -> Mountain View in around '83 or '84.

Usta run the Palo Alto hills. Can't remember street/names & exact "start/stop" locations. A drive along Hwy 280 (Junipero Sierra Fwy) and both Page Mill and Alpine should allow you to see other runners/trails/landscape.

Don't know af any groups, but it would be interesting to do a short recon. of Stanford U.
Good Luck in CA & racing !

Try the Palo Alto Running Club (?) I'm not a member nor do I know anything about the club itself, but they are located in the right area and could be a resource to check out.

Good luck!
