No running for me, though I saw lots of runners where I was shooting a film yesterday. Old Port. I was one of the lucky ones who got a chance to work out in that windy cold. Glad I wasn't facing the wind ...

Ugh, I'm so far behind my training schedule it's no longer funny. Climbing stairs makes me huff and puff ...

No running yesterday spend all night swearing at my computer. Had to wipe out the hard drive and re install everything.

Turtle Boy you looked really strong and relaxed when you whipped past me at 18 k on Sunday. Looks like some amazing times are in your future when the courses get flatter, less breezy and less snowy.
Mercury good to hear you are home. Small consolation but at least your leg will have a chance to heal properly. Before you know it you will be back running those sub 40 10 k and maybe taking on those shad flies on the jetty in Lachine.

DR Yes would like to try a rock climbing wall. It's another one of those things that I always wanted to try but never got around to actually doing it.

Tonight I treated myself to a good old fashion run. No watch, no garmin just me and the potholes playing cat and mouse.

Welcome T&S. Identify yourself!!!!(just kidding) 10-4 on the shad flys. Nothing like a shad fly meal to make up your evening. TB, send me an Email or better yet- give me a call about Dorys and the MAA bunch.

Gromit, are you in the tundra? I was just going to give you a call. Been out-of-sorts lately. Lots of silly running around for Doctors appointments and waiting...lots and lots of waiting. Only pain left is from those unsightly staples....oooooo boy, can't wait 'till Thursday when they come out. Right after, I have a rendez-vous with Mr. TM. Also can't wait!

Hello Everyone! I didn't run Monday, but I got out there this everning for some really nice weather!" No more scarf! Really pleasent.. I ran the big Block, just over 4 miles and I think my time was 20 seconds less than the last time I ran the same loop.. I don't know how far from a PR, but I might hope for one Sunday if all goes well!

I hope everyone is enjoying these first few days of spring!

Re: Montreal Spring (?) Chapter....
Hello Everyone. I got another chance to run tonight, just as it was getting dark out.. Isn't it nice, how it snows in the morning, and at night it is so beautiful! It was a little dark when I got to the excercise park, and the trail was even softer than I remebered it a couple days ago.. It was a really great run. I got back home in just over 35 minutes, so really close to 5 miles. I hope I find time for one longer run before sunday, just so I have some more endurance.. Other than that I am ready to roll.

I hope everyone is strting to enjoy this spring weather.. I even got out the new shoes..and that can only mean a few things.?? A. It is official... spring is here! Life is good! B. I will be going to the States again soon for another pair.. C. Blisters.. or D. All of the Above.. haha
