I am located in Memphis but currently sidelined due to a stress fracture in my hip. I don't know if you have checked in www.memphisrunners.com........they[/URL" target="_blank"> have plenty of running groups that meet throughout the week. I ran with a ladies group on Tues/Thurs mornings at Overton Park and then did memphis runners track workout on Tues/ 6pm at the Memphis State track. I know you are in southhaven but if you can't find someone in your area you might check out these groups.

I was hesitant to go on the runs at first, but everyone I met was extremely nice and the runs I participated in had runners at many different levels. The track workouts are really good and the director of training is a friend of mine......he is a really talented runner and very helpful.
