Actually I'm not in Stockbridge either. I live in Rex. Anyway. I run anywhere between 3 - 15 miles. I've completed 3 half marathons, and I would really love to run a full marathon this year.

I usually run a 9+ minute mile for the long runs, and 8+ for the 3 milers and what not. I hate speedwork, but I need it in my training program.

I'm not sure I would be much help to you, but you might want to look into some of the local running clubs, I know they have a really good one in Peachtree City and they do a few group runs a week.
