whats a good search website to find places to run, particularly parks and trails?

Your states website for state and national parks. They should list the parks and hiking/multi use trails.

Try using Yahoo! or Google, with the County or city. You can also try some of the links here[/URL" target="_blank"> (which is part of my trail site).
