I am looking for a running partner (or partners) for a long run (~20 miles)this Saturday 5/27 starting at around 7 AM. I am planning to run from the Falls Church area of the W&0 trail towards Herndon and back, but I would appreciate any company along the way. I will be running a comfortable 8-9 min/mile pace.... but am flexible (willing to adapt pace for partner).
