Hey Beer...

I take a towel and put it over the display...cause once you know what your mile/pace is on some runs then you always try to match/beat it...

I'll be hitting the treadmill again today while the kidlet is in his swimming lessons.

We went through a couple bottles of wine last night, but my wine shop is having a sale soon, so time to put some more batches on order, they'll be ready in January, just when we'll be ready for more.

This snow is amazing............ Very early for the west coast. Had a beautiful run around Burnaby Lake this morning though. Went sledding with the kids for a while, and we will be heading back out soon for more!!

Beerslinger, plantar fasciitis?? That can be serious. Have you seen your doctor or a podiatrist? Better to get a handle on it before it gets worse.

Hi BCers!

I LOVE the snow. We were boarding on Cypress yesterday and it was awesome!

I tried to enter the 1st Half but was too late (I'm going to see if I can get a club entry).

Happy runs to all ... stay safe and warm!

Good morning all,

Bitter cold up here in Smithers area. Luckily the winds have died down so outdoor running is possible. 6 miles today, but on a TM at the mine. Rt adductor is still sore so lots of walking in that distance.

Hey all...I see our thread was dropping down a bit...so here I am checking in.

I've been off the last few days as well, very difficult to run in this yucky white stuff. I'll be hitting the gym Saturday and Sunday to do some treadmill running. The snow should have disappeared enough for me to go running outside Monday morning.

Today is December 1st...anyone else excited about that? Not long now till good ol' Saint Nick visits.

How is everyone else doing?

Hey Beer...how's it going? Sorry I've been MIA, you know how it goes. Work is super busy getting ready for the Christmas holidays and for my own vacation in the sun. This weather has really put a damper on my running.

How's the cold? Is it anything more than just sniffles?

Take care,
MrsMama
