Mmmh, sounds interesting, but I wonder with horses on the loose around... (look at pics of 2006 race)

Here's an excerpt of last year's race summary:

The most notable story of the day was the horses! Near the now repaired bridge that was missing at last year's 30K, a herd of horses escaped their field after most of the runners went by. They quickly made their way towards the frontrunners, even up the steep hill after mile 2. Many runners were inspired by the equines and the their excitement at having so many people to run with. Others mentioned it was Westford's version of the "running of the bulls". The horses were slowly captured and brought back to their farm but one remained elusive, moving up to 10th place by mile 3. Rick's pace was too much for even a horse, and the horse was captured around mile 4 without taking the lead. Thankfully no one was hurt in this memorable event. I believe the area near the Woods Hollow bridge is getting a "reputation" for making GMAA races interesting!

Merc, I'm tempted by that race in VA. R U still going there?
