South Orange County CA runners

I don't get a chance to run outdoors much but are there any South Orange County CA runners out there? I live in Lake Forest and would like to meet other runners in the area.

Re: South Orange County CA runners
I run my Long Runs on Shady Canyon,Quail Hill,Sandiego creek bike path,Crystal cove State Park and Laguna Wilderness Trails etc., But I run Slow eg., between 11 and 12 min/Mile pace depending on the terrain. My Long Run this Sunday would be 12 miles.I am currently training for a 10K goal race in May and a Fall marathon, hopefully in 4:30 or better.
In order to run together,it is better to have similar training goals,if not the race goals.Otherwise some one will be sacrificing their happiness(training effect) for the benefit of the company which is also important for some.

I'm in your area, but currently "baking" twin girls and won't be back to running till May (You can email me if you'd like - my email is in my profile).

There are a couple good local clubs around here too...I used to run with Cal Coast on weekends, and I know people who love Snail's Pace. Nice people, all levels, some weekday group runs, definitely weekend group runs.

The Laguna Hills Snail's Pace group used to do their weekend long runs on the Aliso Creek bike trail - I'm not sure if they still do.
