Raymond NH area runners

Where are all the runners around town. Can't we get together and run?

I live in Dover and Raymond isn't too far away (15-20min). I'm down for some runs... maybe even hit the trails of Pawtuckaway.. if you don't mind a slow and steady runner.

I ran from Dover to Candia this past Sunday... Running on 27 (old route 100) is SCARY!

Wow, for a second I thought you meant Canada. What makes that worse is when you look at the globe it's uphill all the way.

It was indeed uphill aout 92% of the way. I live pretty much at sea level.
It took me about 5 Hours and 38 Minutes.

I've had a goal all along since I started. And part of reaching my goal has been to extend to the next distance. So... I guess you could say yes to both of your questions.

I'm 25 years young which makes me ratehr young in ultra circles. A majority of the runners are your age! I've been one of the 3 youngest finishers in 4 of my races... and was the youngest finisher in 2 of those. I'm the youngest entrant in next months 100... 3rd youngest at Massanutten... and so on. It gets kind of lonely.

Well this week is "peak week" and here is how its looking

Sunday - 0
Monday - 10 Miles Easy + Gym for Strength and Conditioning
Tuesday - 10K Tempo
Wednesday - 4 Miles Fartlek
Thursday - 0 = Gym for Strength and Conditioning
Friday - 20 Miles easy
Saturday - 30 Miles easy
Sunday - 20 Miles easy at Eastern States running as a bandit.

So this is a 70.2 mile week. Most people think many ultra-runners must be running 100's of miles during the week to train... and SOME are... but MOST of us are running this type of "deliberate" mileage.

Here's how many miles I've run per week this year
January:
Wk1: 35 Wk2: 54 Wk3: 15 Wk4: 41

February:
Wk1: 28 Wk2: 31 Wk3: 48 Wk4: 56

March:
Wk1: 58 Wk2: 30 Wk3: 46 Wk4: 70

And coming up... March Wk5: 55

April:
Wk1: 40 Wk2: 20 miles then run 100 Starting Saturday.
