I quit running for 6 months to let my ankle heal, and when I come back everything has gone to ****

Hi Ugly man with a beard! Glad that you are healed up and ready to run and post again. Many of us have been at KR but I see quite a few in here now. They have been upgrading the board here and now it is slower than ever. Larry
