Re: Montreal's "ready for summer" runners
Roly...... what have you gotten us into ....... this is beginning to sound like somewhat more of a challenge..... I can still see the look on your face going up Mont-Royal the hard way for the sixth time..... which represents about 25% of this....... WTF!!

Gro. This is not the same monster that I originally signed us up for. I will e-mail the RD to get an idea of what's going on.

Grolys: About this Pittsfield thing, I read you're free to choose the order in which you'll do the 6 hills. I'm puzzled. Runners criss-crossing the area ???

Re: Montreal's "ready for summer" runners
Anyone need a super amazing Chariot brand bike trailer? I've got one in fantastic condition on Craigslist.org for $250. Had absolutely no trouble fitting two kids in it with picnic, backpack, toys ... only used about 15 times over the course of a few summers ... in storage since.

Let me know asap before I let it go to someone from Craigslist.

Better idea ... put Roly into it and have Gro pull him up all those hills ... There is a seatbelt too if Gro topples it over ...

Welcome KZ to our little "happening" group!

Hope you will be able to join us for a run or race sometime and also for our social outings ... next one is April 24 at 7pm at Hurley's Pub on Crescent. Will you be there? Lots of celebrating to do, what with the warmer weather (yes, it'll be here soon) and recent races.

Please don't be shy. I met the gang at a Hurley's gathering several weeks before I ever ran with them! We are a totally unpretentious group of people who love (and sometimes hate ...er, okay, maybe just me) running ... all ages and distances welcome!

Tuesday, May 29, 7:30pm

please note the later start time than originally posted to allow time for people to train after work

Due to popular demand, it will be held at:

VIP Restaurant

Be there or be square!

Ahem, folks ... calling all CR Montreal mates ... YOOHOO!! Do we have any takers for this fine post-race feast? We have many recent races to celebrate.

So please RSVP ASAP, and definitely by this weekend. Don't miss out on the cheap and delicious Chinese food. We'll all share the dishes, sounds good?

Sally

p.s. Welcome aboard, Runnerisback, or can we call you RIB for short? Hehehe ...
