Indianapolis "Indy Classic" Marathon

There is a marathon scheduled in September in Indianapolis (indyclassicmarathon.com). The website is pretty basic including poor clipart, but does anyone know anything more about this race, or plan to run in it?

Given the haphazard nature of the website (it gets worse than the clipart if you read through it), I would avoid this race like the plague.

Claiming they want 40k participants in an inaugural event, when they have no system to recruit that many people, and asking sponsors for 15k goodie-bag items when stating they want 40k people, screams disaster.

I would not be surprised if the race folds and takes entrants' money with it, or if the course is off.

I didn't get far into the website, but I laughed upon seeing this:

The 26.2 Marathon will begin: 6:00am
The 13.1 and 5k Marathons will begin: 6:30am

This race must be organized by the type of people who upon hearing that you ran a marathon over the weekend ask you "how long was your marathon?"

You must be 16 or older to participate...since it doesn't specify, I assume that includes the 5K. How ridiculous. 16 is even too high an age limit for the half marathon...12 is more reasonable.
