Ok. I was finally able to access the coolrunning log through the backdoor. For me, I had to switch browsers (from IE) to Firefox in order for it to work. Thanks so much for the good advice.
I also received an email from Sean Griffin at coolrunning.com (
coolrun@coolrunning.com), whom I had emailed earlier with my complaints. To his credit he simply sent me an exported version of my log. Hurray to him for taking the time to listen to custome complaints, and acting swiftly to correct them. If anyone still can't get in through the backdoor I recommend emailing the address above.
After my recent longish post I finally received a response from active.com's customer service (shown below). They need 24-72 hours to do what I did in 10 seconds, and what Sean Griffin did for me today. At least they're responding, and freeing up our information. I'll give them that much.
Regards to everyone for the help and support. I'm off to running2win, where the webmaster has already integrated my coolrunning data for me.
Dave
