Interesting videos. Too bad I only understand Scottish / Irish. Translate for me Roly. I think I understood one runner coming up the hill saying, ohhhhhhhhhhh..........?

Re: Montreal "Realm of the Mount Royal trail runners"
Went up the hill after work last evening and it was beautiful. Not a lot of energy these days so I take my time and stop if I feel like it, check out the view from the chalet etc.

Spotted a heron on the lake on my way back after a couple of sllllooowww loops at the top. The sun hitting the lake with this beautiful wading bird doing its thing did it for me ? I plunked myself down in the grass to watch it. Unfortunately, some inconsiderate folks using a pedaleau got to close for comfort and it flew away.

I spoke to someone afterwards about it, she is a member of the organization that looks after le mount?I thought the bird was out of its environment and wouldn?t find much to eat ?she told me that people abandon their goldfish there all the time and that the lake is well stocked ? go figure.

Hope some of you also managed to enjoy the beautiful weather, have an excellent weekend everyone.

DF: Wow really? Well I guess that`s better than flushing it down the toilet but then again if it get`s eaten...

SS: Ya my tips are bleached... only because of negligeance... once I get my cap on, I don`t wanna spend hours to get every strand in. (laziness). Ask TB, one of his friends asked me if I had had highlights in my hair and why my tips are a different colour haha it`s very noticeable. Speaking of which, I`m due for a hair cut... And I`m not looking forward to the lecture that`s gonna come with that visit.

I don`t dry it either (hair dryer + chlorine = badly damaged hair) and don`t bother with conditioners because I shower twice a day and rarely at home... ! I think the Beach Blonde is a John Frieda product (I just saw an ad in the metro today!).

Wow Roly. Speaking of toad......I did a toody run today through the woods, north of St. Lin. Steep hills, loose rocks, mud, pesty deer flies that have a penchant for biting repeatedly between the shoulder blades, well.......Gro would be so proud! Two hours of ****. It was devine!

Didn't do much for the hamstring or achilles though(he typed, while sitting on a Swiss ball with an ice pack under his ar#e. Ah but the joy. Now I understand.......

Running? What's running? I thought this was coolhairdressers.com!

Does water running count? How bout swimming? Swam today at the Y in snowdon, after warm-up, main set was 2 X 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, all free. 5 X 100 kick choice. Cool down. 45 minute water running with the oldies. No really, the elderly doing aquafit. Ya the music was quite old as well. Like I should talk, I just jumped to a new decade... It's nice out today... but slap on the sunscreen though!

Who's doing what when this month?
