Merc: Firefox displays weblinks as a single line and does split it off to second row whilst Internet explorer resizes so it fits the display. This applies to images as well. When Mars posted a pic of the Vegas landscape, it expanded screen on my page. (Yup, DR, I'm using Firefox now). Different browsers operate differently. Running Ste Anne this weekend big guy?

Grommit : My congrats to you. I can't even grasp the courage it takes to achieve what you did.

Also, hats off to the crew. It shows a lot of generosity.

Re: Montreal "Realm of the Mount Royal trail runners"
DR, I meant to tell you earlier that Gomez isn?t that big, he is all legs and big paws. He?s high or tall, don?t know what to call it and when he goes into one of his blowing off steam fits, watch out?I thought he might send the missus tumbling?and he winded me a couple of times.

He likes to play and on the first evening he decided to make friends with the horse next to the house. Well, that was funny?they checked each other out through the fence and he was off?eventually getting in the corral, freaking out the two sheep?we were sure he would get kicked but he was smart enough to keep his distance?

He snuffled around my bed when I crashed for a short nap, sticking his head in the blankets, he would walk me up the stairs and then go back down, and I made the mistake of going to sit outdoors without him so he sat at the patio door barking and whining until I went back in to get him. After a weekend with him, I felt something was missing on Monday?

Oh yes, the board is about running ? went up the hill yesterday after work. It was humid, muggy, not a lot of people around, mostly tourists. Took my time to stop and stretch a couple of times, did one loop and then back down. Saw TB on my way out, coming back from the track?didn?t look worse for wear .Tonight, a short stop at the pool, running again tomorrow. Enjoy the evening everyone.

Gro ? good to see you are doing better.

Roly ? go get em?can?t wait to read all about it.

Knee ? JB ?? Gag ?

Ok... if I understand correctly, either way, it was my fault that the layout has been bloated... either my google map or the lycra swimsuit issue errrrr post... Alright sorry guys.

DF, Grommit and Gomez: OHHHH Soooooo cuuuuute! He sounds like an adorable sweet big little thing!!! I wonder if he will be a runner one day (naw, he's smarter than that haha)! Thanks for the food report, you know it's always appreciated here...

Good luck to this weekend's racers, watch out, the weatherman is threatening a heat wave for next week...

Re: Montreal "Realm of the Mount Royal trail runners"
Congratulations to Grommit!! Right on! You did it, Man.. I have been telling everyone that I know someone who does this stuff! Good work.. And good work to the crew! I am happy that everyone stayed safe out there, and made it back alright.. It sounds like you are recovering quite well also!

Good luck to you Rolyone! I know you will be fine there! Like oyu said you have prepared well for it, and I am glad you are feeling strong going into it!! Have Fun there!!@

I made it out there this evening after work! I was sure to hydrate well before the run with the high humidity, and I think I kept it pretty mellow today.. I was pushing the stroller again, so that always slows me down. I am thinking about St.Anne this weekend, so I may and I may not.. I'll keep posted either way. Who else is going to be there?

You'll do it Roly, I know it and you know it, just be cool about the pace!

How's the recovery going Gro? Still traversing the stairs?

Major setback in training. Right off the physio table to a speed practise at the Jetty. Bad move. Further injured the achilles.......more time off......grrrr. I can't do a mile while Gro runs/walks a hundred.
