Upgrade?? Are you kidding Me.

This is appalling what has happened here.

I feel raped by ActiveTrainer.com..you guys have destroyed a important part of my daily riutal.

I used coolrunning everyday all throughout the day.

Now I log on to Active.com and have to re-login to Active trainer.com to attempt to enter a workout.

Worst of all even when I attempt to save ActiveTrainer.com as url w/ password for my password logger software your software/security will not allow.
Secondly you log all users out automatically every 15-30 minutes..so I have to log back in...that just the preliminaries. Cheap idiots worried about bandwidth.

ActiveTrainer.com is totally lagging right now and it is horrendously slow....It is taking me 10 minutes to log one workout.
I ran into this kind of slowness at coolrunning.com 4 times in maybe 4 years.

Worst of all I can not enter my custom workouts...?? WTF are you waiting for?? enter the capability for people to create custom workouts for the "workout" drop-down menu.

How about including the time of day for our workouts ?

I can beleive you thought we may want to enter our sleep time or diastiolic hr, blah blah but not the time of day for a particular workout. How do you not include the time of day for workouts?

This log sucks so friggin bad..and it is unusable and slow..Thanks ActiveTrainer for ruining a great thing.

Please allow access to the coolrunning log in some way until you iron out the disaster that is your log or better yet allow us to choose if want to use the legacy log or your **** activetrainer log.

You guys dont understand a log is good if it is functional.. Your log is not functional ..I need to click thru 5 pages to enter one workout and after all that I see less in front of me then I would with a more streamlined customizable log ie the old cr log.

Coolrunners are hardcore exericise enthusiasts ..you are not going to merchandise bs to us this way.

We want feedback now on this disaster not canned responses pasted from system admins that are clueless.

Re: Upgrade?? Are you kidding Me.

I am on this bandwagon. I used to be able to log my workouts in under 2 minutes...now I can't even find my log.

I'm ready to throw cool-runner and active.com away and go find another log supplier.

It will be interesting to see if and how they respond to these postings.

*I'm definitely ******!!* X-(

Not only does this log suck, a lot of my workouts and data have not been added to the data base. Many days are missing and some of the data is wrong. :0

I spend up to 20 hours week training and found cool running software big help and convenience. Now it seems that 2 years of my training has been lost forever because i don't have hard copy. :_|

Cool running really violated our trust. I'm contemplating talking to my attorney to see if I have any legal recourse.

Re: Upgrade?? Are you kidding Me.

I feel the same way!!!!! I LOVED the coolrunning log. I have like 4 years worth of training in there! I loved the weekly view that showed me how many miles were on my shoes. I loved my reports! I loved the ease of use. I loved being able to have a list of regular routes I run without having to create a whole stinking map route! I loved everything about coolrunning's log. This one is too much work - having to enter a workout for the day and then having to go in to mark it complete to even be able to get to the shoe mileage.

I know that change is hard and usually for the best. But, I think we serioulsy lost some really EASY and GREAT features by having to go to active.com. What a disappointment. I'm going to try it for a few weeks, but I may just have to stop using it because after 4 years of my comfortable running log, I'm not so sure I can deal with this cumbersome new log. :-(

I think active.com shares programmers with MS Vista -- no really, it's an upgrade!! :)
