North Washington State runners

I am visitng family in Washington right now and need to run 10-12 miles on Saturday. I am in North Washington near Skagit Valley and would love to find a group to run with. Please let me know if anyone knows of any or if anyone is looking for a running partner on Saturday. I am female, and I run 10-10:30 miles.
