Avoiding Injuries
I love running but it seems i keep getting injured. I'm not even running that much. I had a stress fracture months ago and layed off and thought that would be it. THen- a week ago i ran 5 miles, 2 days in a row and then the pain started again. Now i'm really scared I fractured something. Could someone reccomend a running schedule that would help me run without hurting myself? I'm also not sure what is considered a lot of running? Is 20- 25 MPW a lot? I didn't think so but maybe it is? It's fustrating when i can't run because it relaxes me. Thanks so much.
