I am just getting over my stress fracture of the the femoral neck of my left leg. I've been out 3 months and have just had a week with no pain in walking. I am slowly going to return to tennis, but not running. Get a bone scan to tell if your fracture is healing and DONT RUN! I made mine worse at the beginning thinking i just had a strained muscle and did not rest as much as i should have. Good luck!
