Blister issue

Hi,

On Sunday, a blister developed on the inside bottom of my right foot. I have a HM this coming Sunday. Does a quick fix for a blister exist? Does anyone have any suggestions for a blister?

Thanks!

Re: Blister issue
I've used the bandaids for blisters on my hands. They work really well. You might want to check them out.

Re: Blister issue
I had a horrible/painful blister on my right big toe that wouldn't go away because I kept running. After I thought about it for awhile, I thought the liquid bandage stuff should work.

Well, yesterday I went to Walmart and bought some and put 3 fairly heavy coats on my blister and let it dry for a few minutes. I ran 12 miles and I had no pain and I forgot I had the blister to start with. Now, the blister still hurts some, but the liquid bandage allowed me to run pain free.

Try it and see if it works.

Tim

Re: Blister issue
Dr Scholls Blister Treatment pads work wonders. Blisters seem to disappear within a day or two!
Did you figure out what caused the blister so it does not happen at your race?
