Strange injury

when i was running a few years ago, i would have alot of pain on the arches of my feet, kinda feels like a stretching, pulling, soreness, then the skin litterally started peeling off the bottom of my arch in a many-layerd blister type thing. I dont know why that would happen since i dont think my arches rub that much on my shoes. What is this? Its starting to come back in my right foot. :-(

Sounds definately like Plantar Fasciitis. When running you may need a good shoe with arch support/medial posting and a cushioned heel.
