bottom of the foot pain - HELP

this is the first time i have ever had any issue after running and i have no idea what happened. last night i ran and towards the end of the run i noticed my left foot was slightly sore so i stopped shortly thereafter.

now today i can barely walk on my left foot. the pain comes from underneath the foot to the left side. if i walk normally and put weight on the middle of my foot it hurts so i have to walk on my toes.

there is no bruise or anything that i can see, what could this be?

today is my normal off day so i will not be doing much but even going to work seems like it is going to be rough.

Sounds like a problem with your plantar tendon. Google it and look at some of the symptoms. Probably plantar tendonitis.
