Returning from injury

hi all

i have just had 3 months off following an avulsion fracture to my hip. I went for a slow 25 min run this morning, and although there was no pain during the run, i have experienced slight pain and dull aching around the area following the run. I just wanted to know if anyone can give me an indication of whether this is normal and how long i can expect it for or whether im doing more damage.

An answer would be fabulous,
thanks

I'm posting right now on stress fracture success stories. Going through the same thing as you from a stress fracture (3 months down as of May 9) - medial right lesser trochanter...ran 2 miles fort the first time on track last night and have dull pain "sensation" in the area of my injury today. Going to try to build up slowly for a 5 mile race July 4...have just decided to go for it now and if the injury reoccurs, so be it, sick of worrying about whether or not I'll get back to running marathons....good luck!!
