flat feet

i have flat feet and i am also bow-legged, i do not have a problem with pain in my arch when i run but my knees bother me alot. any suggestions?

If the severity of your problem is minor, you can get fitted for proper running shoes at a specialty running store. They should do video bio-mechanical analysis to make sure that you will not experience any problems and prevent injuries. If you have a more major problem, you could speak to a podiatrist and use the shoes he/she recommends and you should be able to run.
