Posterior Tibial Tendonitis

Diagnosed today. Any experiences or tips? NSAIDs and PT for me, can begin running conservatively. My ortho/PT combo has been extremely successful in my only three previous injuries, but this one is new to me so I would be interested in any tips. If that's too boring, try this: as a twist, it seems there's a bit of stress on the arch which could ultimately, or now, require arch support or motion control - but I'm neutral to under-pronating under normal circumstances and adding motion control would be the last thing I would want to do! Dilemma. Especially considering the pain and wrapping of this tendon is in the medial ankle! (I'm fairly confident in the neutral to under-p characterization as I run about 50 miles per week, wear patterns are consistent etc.)

Thanks!
