Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes (Literally).

Problem: I've noticed recently as I run daily, I sometimes get pounding headaches. Along with this, I tend to experience muscle pain in my shoulder blades and tightness in my quadriceps, calves, and popping of my knees. In addition to all my aches and pains, I've also been feeling pain in the arches of my feet, despite the fact that I have quite recently (2-3 months?) bought new shoes with powerstep inserts and have yet to have problems until now.

I do notice, though, that I've increased my intensity, going from a twelve minute mile to an eight minute mile in the past month. I warm-up, but I doubt it is enough seeing as I only walk briskly for six minutes (no stretches, I know, I'm an idiot). Would streching get rid of all this pain I've been recently experiencing?

(PS. I'm almost sixteen, in case anyone has any questions pertaining to medical issues due to my age and I've been experiencing the shoulder pain ever since the fourth grade when I played indoor soccer. Running always triggers it)
