Running Log in Excel Spreadsheet

Well, this may be too late now...but a while back on CR either in Newbie or Basic Training posted a link to their running log in an Excel Spreadsheet. It was very cool, and I was very dumb to not download it. Anyone have it? I don't find the one in this forum to be as user friendly as CR and am exploring other options...

Thank you!

I've found this one pretty useful in the past. Now, I just use the log on http://www.runningahead.com

Re: Running Log in Excel Spreadsheet

Perfect... now I don't have to waste any more time on the piece of junk this place has with all it's "cool new features". Yeah right.

No shoe tracking???? We are runners for goodness sake.... hello...... we keep track of miles on our shoes. And what if we maybe do some other sports... you can't log any of those. And Active is supposed to be all about ALL sports. What a bunch of effing carp.

This place cannot sukc enough. (I was really trying to keep an open mind about it but they make it so difficult.)

Re: Running Log in Excel Spreadsheet

COcarrie,

Sorry you've had some difficulty with the Active Trainer logs. In fact, Active Trainer does support shoe tracker for free, just like the CR logs. When logging a workout, just select the name of your shoe from the drop down and click log. The mileage will be automatically added to your shoes.

Re: Running Log in Excel Spreadsheet

I have been using the David Hayes spreadsheet log for almost three years..........it is AWESOME! Unless you log really extensive notes about each of your run, I don't think you could ask for a log to do anything more.

Re: Running Log in Excel Spreadsheet
If you want to have your Excel log available online, Google Docs will let you store and manipulate your spreadsheet through a web browser. I've been using it with my very basic Excel running log and it has worked well. I can't vouch for more complex ones.http://docs.google.com
