I have my first marathon in 20 years on Sunday the 21st and wouldn't you know it, I pulled my hamstring yesterday evading a car. I am not a speedster, hoping to break 3:45, should I still shoot for my goal? It hurts if I try to run below 8mm. I am thinking of laying off most of this week to try to let it heal. Is there anything I can do to help? It only hurts when I run.
