Looking for Good Doc in Denver Area

Greetings all-

After getting Achilles tendonitis pretty bad (bad enough to affect my gait and grow a pretty good lump down near my heel) last winter, I took about six months completely off to let things heal up. Just started training for the Phoenix marathon a week or so ago, and now it is back in the exact same place, lump and all (though not as bad, since I caught it earlier this time)!

At the recommendation of several Physical Therapists, I am using Powerstep 3/4 length arch supports in all my footwear. The other recommendations have been cross-friction massage (whatever that is), ice, and ibuprofen, with a good stretching regimen before and after running (which I had). I have also purchased the "foam roll" from Target recommended on this website, but it seemed like it didn't go low enough to have any effect on my problem area.

My shoes are correct for my running style (severe overpronation), and have probably 300 miles on them.

Has anyone gone to a good physical therapist in the Denver area that might have some more ideas for me, or could refer me to someone they've used that helped them with this problem?
