tired legs
Im looking for advise/ comment.
For the past few weeks it seems that my legs remain tired and sore.
I have no sharp aches or pains, simply a low-grade achy feeling along the back of my legs (both hamstrings & calfs). The discomfort is most notable first thing in the morning as I lay in bed and then reduces during the day. Other than the general feeling of muscle stiffness in my calfs I continue with morning lsd runs.
Im having trouble identifying the cause? Initially I thought it was related to overuse, but followed a good 2-3 week reverse taper after 26.2 in Octbober. I am now questioninig its relation to diet, hydration, stretching, etc...
Any thoughts or suggestions?
