Some great running from many Boomers this month.

It crept up on me but August turned out to be a great month for me as well:

201 miles--a PR and first-ever 200+ month.

10M PR-- 1:21:00 (okay, only my second ever, but I'll take it--especially since it came on what my friend calls the "4-H" course--hilly, hot, and high humidity)

Hi Tramps -

Just remember, less is more. More or less.

On the bright side, I'm currently at 557 combined running and biking miles for August....unfortunately, only 18.8 of them are running miles.

Again on the bright side, I almost quadrupled my July running miles.
