One of my disappointments this weekend was not having enough time to get to greet you at the finish -- those darn flight schedules! I'm sure we'll get another chance down the road to meet. I am glad to hear you had an enjoyable weekend and that your ITB issue is under control.

Let's see......first it was the Boston Tea Party......next it will be the Arf Birthday Party.   Sounds good to me.

Congratulations on the nice race. At that speed you didn't really get to enjoy the scenary as well as you might have under a slower pace.

I second this!

Had disappointing Des Moines two years ago and went to Rocket City and had a quantum leap performance. Nice small town race, fair course and personal attention!!!

Arf great run, glad to hear your ITB is finally feeling better.  You are within striking distance of a BQ.  Stay smart and continue to heal and get stronger.  Sue and I did make it Monday night to meet up with Dave, Tet, Erica and her husband at the Pink Door.  A greta time was had by all.  Can't wait to catch up and meet you too.  I was lucky enough to also meet choover and mr c in Billings, Mt a few weeks ago.  What a nice couple they are too.  I was trying to talk Dave into doing Pensacola, FL on 2/17/07.  I'll be there as my son and his wife are stationed there.  Remember, flat course and great beaches..  Rest up..  You have enough time to train, just stay off the ice.
