It pains me to see you, once again, distributing free beer to virtually everyone on the East Coast except me.  But, nonetheless,  I'll set that aside and congratulate you on a fine performance.

3:30's just a number. You ran another great race and your RR, as usual, has some excellent photos. The one of PDR at the finish is priceless. Great job.

I'm curious about how you understand the "wall" at mile 19. Fuel? Pace? Something else? Was this a new issue for you? (I'm just looking for something else to worry about for the next month.)

Great report with pics, as expected. You forget to mention that in the parking garage, I had not "fallen and I can't get up". I was just a little tired of being on my feet.

It was a good race and I use the term in its strictest definition. You're coming up to race really made the day. Thank you.

Nice job racking up another BQ. It sounds like a great Boomer get together. I agree that the shot of PDR is priceless. That will be a real treat to run together at Boston. And I bet the beer did NOT taste like soap. 

Congratulations on another BQ, one for 2009! You have 3:30 in you, just a bit slower at the start and avoid the bonk.  This sounded like our Frederick Marathon where I bonked and you cruised right along.  Marathons are a tricky beast!  Best of all you were there for one of the most exciting Boomer events with such a great turnout, IRC and great comraderie!  I like the Beer wagon    But best of all, PDR falling in your arms after her BQ... priceless!
