Hi Denise,

Congratulations on a well-written RR, and a very well run race! Your splits were terrific, and I, like others here, am very impressed that your fastest mile was the last one.

You're right about Manchester - run it for the fun of it. There are too many people on streets that are too narrow for the first couple of miles to be able to sustain anything close to a respectable pace unless you're in the front of the pack.
