My due date...

Is August 07, though we're going with the ultrasound date because it's quite different from the date since my last monthy's--- and will need to get another ultrasound to firm it up later.

That is one late baby. My due date was Aug. 07 and mine is four months old already. Yours ought to be one large kid.

I have never met you.

I know you are young.

I know your posts since like a year ago on the original CH at CR.

I feel like I know you.

So here's a big hug. A huge congratulations! Don't take this the wrong way, but your life is going to change.for.ever. Get the books "What to expect when expecting" and "What to expect within the first year" Both are excellent references that we(the ex and I) found handy.

P.S. I saw the Ex tonight, I gave her a big hug as I took the girls for Christmas. I cried. I'm not a bad person.

Mort, thanks. I know it will... Geez, things are changing already-- even mindset.

Yeah, young. But given the circumstances, I am kinda looking at it as God's will. I certainly never expected to have a child at 23... but, I'm getting married soon and in a position to emotionally and financially support a child.

Has anybody thought you were a bad person? I certainly have not.

23 isn't young. I wish you two the best, just be patient with everything and anything you encounter, especially each other. Respect each other and your decisions. I don't want to get all sappy and get banned.... but I've been through more than most will be through in a lifetime.

I've made more than my share of honest mistakes, most won't be disclosed on a public forum, but can be found in public records. I don't know what I'm trying to say here. Maybe it's that providing for another life is more important than your own, being selfless while selfish enough to take care of yourself and your family is a delicate balance.
