I dont see where there is a debate at all. She is healthy. Her baby is healthy. Whats to debate?!

Congratulations to any woman who can pull that off! She is an inspiration.

Sorry -- don't see the debate! The mother of my sons' did TAUGHT aerobics until she was 7.5 months along. Not a problem in the world. Switch to running -- So, if you shut it down at that point -- take 2 months off (estimate), you can still ramp up fairly quickly -- say 2 months?

That still leaves 6 months plus to get ready -- for a WORLD CLASS ATHLETE! Doesn't seem unrealistic to me!

You go girl!

Well, everybody's different is all I can say. I was in good shape before getting pregnant with my first, and was able to resume normal workouts, etc, quickly after having him. Second was a different story... working full-time with two little kids AND suffering post-partum depression took it's toll. It was 4 years before I got back to working out. These women are pros, though, and in amazing shape. No question they can bounce bac quickly. I would agree though, that this would not be a time to take on marathon training if you'd never done it before.
