No losing it so get back from that edge and throw those markers over.
Focus on healthy fruits and vegetables and cleansing garlic, ginger, etc
Take a daily (or two) walks outside, maybe with your or a friend's puppy.

Thank you all for your encouragement. Just knowing all of you are here for me is wonderful. I have to say I'm scared. The thought of not seeing my grandchildren grow up is more than I can take. I love my family very much and wanted to grow old with them. I'm going to make my list of "things I want to do" and start marking them off. This may sound like I've given up, but I haven't. If the scan shows it's back, I'll fight like never before. Love to all.
