Treadmill and heart rate monitors

Hi there,

For various reasons will be using a treadmill more and more in the future, very likely buying one for home use, even for long runs (I know, but it is unavoidable)

The ones I've used in gyms have the option of using your heart rate (from chest strap or palm grips) and the speed you've selected, adjusting the incline to match your desired heart rate. I'm looking for a machine that instead adjusts the Speed.

I'd prefer to select a hill profile (built-in, random, or preferably user-defined so I could 'mimic' an upcoming race!) and heart rate, and have the machine change the SPEED to keep the heart rate constant (i.e. slower on steep hills, etc, even if it means a walking pace).

Anyone know of machines that will do this? None of the commercial machines I've used seem to have this option.

Thanks if you can help
