crew kits/containers

Hello all. If you belong to the ultralist then this is a repeat. I saw a picture of an organized crew kit in U.R. a while ago and am looking for suggestions/links/ideas on containers for organizing gear for my crew (wife). I currently use a gym bag with items organized in ziplock baggies inside. Looks good at the start but gets jumbled quickly. Thanks for any input/help!!

I bought a whole bunch of tupperware containers at Walmart for like 10 Bucks. Everything now has a home and stays organized.

I use gym bags for myself, but some friends use CLEAR tupperware tubs, and are big fans of them.
