Thank you to the folks in CR for this opportunity. Hopefully, runners that see themselves in this category will take advantage of it. If not, well, someone will have given it a try.

I don't think anyone can ask for more than that opportunity.

And while I expect a fair amount of derision will be sent the way of this forum, hopefully it will be ignored and we'll be able to focus on the issues that make a difference for runners that, either genetically or through lifestyle choices (and yes, that can include poor ones in the past), face challenges above and beyond those of lighter runners.

I have to say, I don't think a 5'10" woman who weighs 145 pounds will appreciate being called "heavyweight."

Can we have the name changed to Big time runners with the Clydesdale Athena thing in the sub title instead of the overweight or heavy terms?
