New Forum

Hi! I am new to running and have been reading all the posts I can to get some insight on how to do it better. Even though I have been working out for about 1 1/2 year and have lost 116 lbs. I still weigh 218 lbs. I began running in Dec. when a friend of mine talked me into doing a tri in May (Danskin). While all the forums on this website offer great info. I think it will be good to have a place to address issues faced by larger runners. So...thank you!
