Hello everyone!!
Today is a run day for me. It's the week of my longest long run in my HM training schedule, then begins the taper. Today I'm not sure if I'll do fartleks or just an aerobic run, but it'll be done on the treadmill at the gym during my lunch hour whatever it is.
I've been working out at the gym since May 2006 and have yet to lose much, but my muscle to body fat ratio has certainly shifted and I'm happy about that.
How's everyone else doing today?
