All I have are just times in races. I haven't done more than one race of each length yet.
2 miler: 33 minutes.
5K: 34 minutes
4 miler: 49 minutes
I'll be racing much more consistently in the next several months.

My best time? I'd say that would be my very first Triathlon.
certainly not the speediest, but MAN did it feel good.
Second best was my first 70.3 Ironman Tri. And I REALLY didn't "feel" good but I sure felt GOOD - if that makes any sense. Being out there over 7.5hrs is rough.
Timewise... check my sig. I'm MOP in Sprint Tri's and BOP for most everything else, but moving my way up. As my run speed increases, I'll move to MOP or FOP (of Clydes division of sprint Tris... hopefully this summer)

I started in July 2003 @ 6-2 and a lunch buffet over 300# (Age 34)
Running turned my life around - I still struggle with weight, but now heavy is 220 instead of 290-300+
When ever I hit a bad stretch and start gaining weight - sooner or later running rescues me before it gets to out of hand
The two I'm most proud of are:
Mt Pleasant Rat Race 5k:
26:04 (8:24 m/m) 250 lbs
Bayshore Half Marathon:
2:07:56 (9:46 m/m) 248 lbs
For a guy that averages between 10 and 11 m/m pace on my normal runs, I'm very proud of my PRs.

mdmccat - I am blessed with a Big body that has held together training many miles for the last 3 years. I am less impressed by times and more impressed by someone who is working hard and focussed on a goal.
I wish I had not put my times down as I did not want to be a thread killer.
The more people here communicate and connect, the stronger and better this forum will be.
10 K - 53 min plus change.
1/2 Marathon - 1:57 plus change.
I haven't had much time to work on lowering my PR's as I have a young family and its all I can do to get out for short maintenance runs right now. I hope to continue to lower my 1/2 Marathon PR and run a marathon in the next few years. I'd love to run a 45 min 10 k.
Whew...those are some fast times WI MTP. Impressive.

Half Marathon - 1:50:20 weight 202
Marathon - 4:19 weight 195 (was on 4 hour pace until mile 18-19...then came the cramps...last 6 took about 1:15)
I've been running about 3 years. Started in decent shape...around 210...but running has kept me around 200. My body seems to like that weight. My best times have come in the last 18 months.

All times run at weights ranging from 210 - 225 (I'm 5'11 male)

Mile - 5:50 (5:08 at 185lbs)

my all time fastest 5K is 21:32 (training run with XC team)... fastest half 2:06:21. can't remember the rest. Nothing special or that spectactular.
Purposefully put those times out of my head because I'm as slow as the ages now. It helps so much to run with fast people when you're like me and just stay in your comfort zone.
PR's since October 2006 (races only, have done a couple of faster training, like a 5K at the track in 26:48, but race day is what really counts, right?)
10 miles: 1:47:15
Half Marathon: 2:18:40
Oh, and since this IS a weight-based forum, I'm 5'3.5 and 161 lb. 29.6% body fat (tanita scale).
Was probably 4-6 lb lighter on my all time PRs. Not too much
