8.02 miles. Very refreshing 34F. After the cold temps and dumping of the snow, this run was very sweet. Two dogs did come after me though. The owner reeled them in quick. There is not a leash law out here and new routes reveal new dogs to be wary of. all and all, this was just sweet.

After the 8 miler yesterday, my legs were pretty beat up last night. I promised them, if they would behave and let me sleep all night, I would give them the day off today.

Now they are complaining that they want to go for a short one but a deal is a deal. They are just going to have to adjust.

~4.5 miles very cautiously as there was a lot of black ice out there this morning. I tried to stay on the path of anti-skid material that sort of formed on the road shoulders. Plan to hit the gym tonight for weights. Only need < 2 miles tomorrow to hit 100 for the month.

Did 4.25 with winds gusting to 30mph. Sometimes had to walk but finished what I had started. Felt good.

5x5min zone 4 intervals (speed) - total around 4 miles.
