Please post your workouts here. Ran 3 with Norm. Looking forward to entering my first race in April or May. It will be a 5 or 10 K. Have a good day. Rugby
4 mile run @ 49min. Z3. Felt good, first run since 1/2 Marathon last sunday
6 hilly miles today. Gorgeous running weather.

rest day for me
Ran @ lunch; about 3.4 miles. It was around 60 degrees. I then hit the weights after work.
Hill run up Bear Peak, 2850' vertical in 3 miles. 8.0 miles total.
